These social media platforms may process personal data outside the EU; in this respect, we refer to the above data protection statements of the social media platforms.

The respective social media platforms may create usage profiles from your usage behaviour and the resulting interests and actions on your part and save cookies on your computer in which your usage behaviour is stored. If you have an account on the respective social media platform and are logged in, your usage behaviour may even be stored independently of the device. Your usage profile can be used, for example, to place advertisements that presumably correspond to your interests.

We process the personal data exclusively for the purpose of communicating with you via the social media platform you have chosen and for optimising our online presence and ensure that no interests on your part are affected here that outweigh this legitimate interest on our part (Art. 6 I S. 1 f DSGVO). Insofar as you have already given the respective operator of the social media platform effective consent to the corresponding data processing, the processing

of your personal data will also be based on this consent (Art. 6 I S. 1 a DSGVO).

6. Social media links and social sharing

We have our own social media pages with the third-party providers that can be reached via links from this website. By using the links, you can access the respective websites of the third-party providers (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+) and also share our content. In this case, no data transfer takes place by calling up our website. To avoid unnecessary data transfer, we recommend that you log out of the respective third-party provider before using a corresponding link, so that usage profiles cannot be created by the third-party provider simply by using the link.

7. Third-party services

7.1 Use of Vimeo

This website and the integrated offers contain so-called embeddings of videos on Vimeo. These enable the connection to Vimeo and the videos stored there. Vimeo is operated by Vimeo, Inc. 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011. Here, no interests of the users are affected which outweigh this technical necessity of embedding the videos (Art. 6 I S. 1 f DSGVO). For the purpose and scope of data collection and use by Vimeo, as well as your rights and settings options for protection as a Vimeo customer, please refer to Vimeo’s privacy policy. These can be found at: https://vimeo.com/privacy

7.2 Google Web Fonts

We use so-called web fonts from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland („Google“), in order to be able to display a uniform font on our website. These are automatically stored in your browser cache when you call up one of our pages in order to enable the desired display. If your browser does not support the web fonts used, a standard font of your computer may be used. In this case, no interests of the user are affected which outweigh this technical necessity (Art. 6 I S. 1 f DSGVO). You can view Google’s privacy policy here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq.

7.3 ProvenExpert

Our website uses plugins from the provenexpert.com site operated by Expert Systems AG. The operator of the pages is Expert Systems AG, Quedlinburger Straße 1, 10589 Berlin.

When you visit one of our pages equipped with a ProvenExpert plugin, a connection is established to the servers of Expert Systems AG. In the process, the ProvenExpert server is informed which of our pages you have visited.

ProvenExpert is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Further information on the handling of user data can be found in the privacy policy of ProvenExpert AG at: https://www.provenexpert.com/de-de/datenschutzbestimmungen/.

7.4 Klick-Tipp

This website uses Klick-Tipp to send newsletters. The provider is KLICK-TIPP LIMITED, 15 Cambridge Court, 210 Shepherd’s Bush Road, London W6 7NJ, United Kingdom.

Klick-Tipp is a service with which, among other things, the sending of newsletters can be organised and analysed. The data entered by you for the purpose of creating offers, processing orders or receiving newsletters is stored on Klick-Tipp’s servers.

When we send newsletters/offers using Klick-Tipp, we can determine whether these messages have been opened. Klick-Tipp also enables us to subdivide the newsletter recipients according to various categories (so-called tagging). For example, recipients can be divided according to gender, personal preferences (e.g. vegetarian or non-vegetarian) or customer relationship (e.g. customer or potential customer). In this way, the newsletters/offers can be better adapted to the respective target groups. You can find more information at: https://www.klick-tipp.com and https://www.klick-tipp.com/handbuch. If you do not want any analysis by Klick-Tipp, you must therefore unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message. Furthermore, you can also unsubscribe directly on the website. The data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation. The data you provide us with for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from our servers as well as from the servers of Klick-Tipp after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member area) remain unaffected by this. For further details, please refer to the Klick-Tipp data protection regulations at: https://www.klick-tipp.com/datenschutzerklaerung.
